An Eclipse software repository with experimental performance improvements for the Plug-in Development Environment. Add it to your IDE and install the features straight from the network, no archive to download or unpack.
Paste this into the Work with field of Eclipse's Install New Software dialog.
In the Eclipse menu bar, choose Help → Install New Software…
Paste the URL above into Work with and press Enter, or click Add… and give it a name such as PDE performance.
Tick the PDE performance features in the list, then click Next and accept the license.
Click Finish, trust the content when prompted, and restart Eclipse to apply the changes.

Once added, pick up new builds with Help → Check for Updates; no reinstall needed.
